Our mission is to engage every part of our body through a diverse range of workouts including Plyometrics, Isometrics, Calisthenics, Barbell exercises, Dumbbells, and machine workouts.

Body Building

Transform your physique and increase muscle mass with our tailored bodybuilding programs. Our exercises range from bicep curls, triceps curls, chest workouts, deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, to upper and lower back exercises such as Lat Pull Down and T-bar Row, and many others.

Plyometrics

Increase your explosive strength with the following Plyometric excercises: Squat Jump, Box Jumps, Jumping Lunges, Burpees, Plo Pushups, Med ball Throws, Medicine Ball Chest Press and many more.

Isometrics

We will concentrate on maintaining your strength and joints, and feeling the burn by focusing on isometric excercises: Planks, Wall Sits, Squat Holds, Glute Bridge, Static Lunge, Hollow Body Hold, Abductor isometrics, and Calf Raise Hold.

Calisthenics

We will often include Calisthenics in our routine, and some of these excercises include: Jumping Jacks, Trunk Twists, Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches, and Burpees.

Stretches

Most important excercise to do are stretches. Some of the stretches we will engage in are: Shoulder Stretches, Chest Stretch, Bicep and Tricep Stretches, Upper and Lowerback Stretches, Hip Crossover, Super Hip and Thigh, Hamstring Stretch, Cobra Stretch, and Hip Flexor Stretch.

I began my career in the hospitality industry, where I dedicated over 8 years to roles ranging from Bartender to Bar Manager. I thrived in the dynamic atmosphere of late-night operations, cherishing the diversity of individuals I had the pleasure of meeting. Seeking a new direction in life, I transitioned into the fitness industry. My primary motivation lies in making a meaningful impact on people's lives, leveraging my expertise to assist them in achieving their goals. With proficiency in Wellness practices, Strength Training, Conditioning, HIIT, Kettlebell Flow, Bulgarian Bag exercises, TRX Suspension Training, Hypervolt MEC certification, Corrective Exercises, Weight Loss strategies, and Lean Muscle Building techniques, I am committed to guiding you through a comprehensive fitness journey. Jeremy has changed my life. We first worked together in San Francisco and when he moved to LA there was a void. I had extreme issues due to a childhood scoliosis fusion and because of him I went from having trouble walking to deadlifting over my weight both to his training knowledge and physical manipulation.
