Transform your physique and increase muscle mass with our tailored bodybuilding programs. Our exercises range from bicep curls, triceps curls, chest workouts, deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, to upper and lower back exercises such as Lat Pull Down and T-bar Row, and many others.
Increase your explosive strength with the following Plyometric excercises: Squat Jump, Box Jumps, Jumping Lunges, Burpees, Plo Pushups, Med ball Throws, Medicine Ball Chest Press and many more.
We will concentrate on maintaining your strength and joints, and feeling the burn by focusing on isometric excercises: Planks, Wall Sits, Squat Holds, Glute Bridge, Static Lunge, Hollow Body Hold, Abductor isometrics, and Calf Raise Hold.
We will often include Calisthenics in our routine, and some of these excercises include: Jumping Jacks, Trunk Twists, Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches, and Burpees.
Most important excercise to do are stretches. Some of the stretches we will engage in are: Shoulder Stretches, Chest Stretch, Bicep and Tricep Stretches, Upper and Lowerback Stretches, Hip Crossover, Super Hip and Thigh, Hamstring Stretch, Cobra Stretch, and Hip Flexor Stretch.
